Account and billing · For owners
Your trial and your plan
What the Billing page tells you, what each plan gets you, and how to change any of it.
Your Billing page says exactly one of four things about your account, and one button takes you into Stripe to change anything about it.
What it says
On a trial, it counts down the days left, the date your card is charged, how much (including GST), and how many people are currently using a seat. Once you are paying, it names your plan, what it costs, and when it is next charged. If a payment has failed, it says so, and what still works while it is sorted out — see when a payment fails. If you have cancelled, it says that too, and what happens to your data — see what happens if you cancel.

What each plan gets you
Three plans, all in Australian dollars, GST included, with two months free if you pay annually: Crew $49 a month ($490 a year, up to 5 people recording hours), Site $99 a month ($990 a year, up to 20), Fleet $149 a month ($1490 a year, up to 40). See seats and what you pay for for what actually uses one.
Your own logo prints on dockets and works summaries from the Site plan up — see business settings. Below that, your documents carry the HoursEasy mark instead. Connecting Xero is also included from the Site plan up — see connecting to Xero. See pricing for the full comparison.
Changing anything
Press Change plan, update card or cancel to open Stripe's own billing portal. Upgrading, downgrading, updating a card and cancelling all happen there, never on this screen, so there is exactly one place your subscription can be changed from.
The last-week banner
In the final seven days of a trial, and whenever a payment has failed or your subscription is cancelled, a banner appears across the top of every screen for owners and admins — a field worker never sees it, since there is nothing they could do about a card. It links straight back here.
