When the office refuses an entry

What each refusal reason means, and what to do about it.

Most of the time your hours go straight through. Sometimes the office refuses one — this is what each reason means and what to do. A signed docket can be refused too — see getting a docket signed.

A refused line stays on your phone until you deal with it — it is never quietly dropped. Press Dismiss to clear it from your device; that does not send anything, it just removes the line. The office can also see every refusal under Rejected hours, so you are never the only one who knows about it.
