Recording what you used

Some projects want more than your hours — stakes, a drone flight, anything counted rather than timed. That is what the Items used panel is for.

When it appears

It only shows up if something on your project is set up to be recorded on site. If nothing is, you will not see it at all — there is nothing missing.

If today's task usually uses something, HoursEasy asks Today's tasks usually use [items]. Did you? — a nudge, not a requirement.

Adding one

Once it is on an invoice

A row marked Invoiced is locked — it cannot be removed from here any more. Ask the office if it needs to change.
